The Clinsaver+ Wait List Module's Dashboard provides you instantly with a view of the status of your Wait List. The easy to use graphical interface not only shows you how long people have been on your Wait List, but also how that list has trended over time.

Viewing the Wait List by Specialty will allow you to identify those areas that have high Wait List volumes. A specialty that consistently has a high volume of clients on the wait list may indicate that you need to:
  • Reallocate beds within your organization to provide more beds to a particular specialty
  • Add beds to a specialty or overall
  • Reallocate Operating Room time to those specialties that have Wait List issues

When modeling the impact of change on your Wait List, you can change some of the assumptions. By changing these assumptions, you can alter your Wait List to best meet your organization's objectives. You can:
  • Remove cases with the longest expected LOS first
  • Remove cases with the shortest expected LOS first
  • Remove those cases that have been on the wait list the longest first
  • Remove the most urgent cases first
