Balanced Scorecard
Balanced Scorecards are a measurement based management system. The Clinsaver system accommodates different accountability structures and strategic directions of the organisation.
The Clinsaver Balanced Scorecards provides a "heads up" display so that a brief look will provide you with a complete "state of the organisation" view.
The trends in the underlying indicators are shown at the left and can be flagged by statistically calculated or user-defined alerts. Areas where performance is trending out of range are easily identified and reviewed. The system allows you to monitor and focus on KPI (key performance indicators) rapidly throughout the fiscal year. The balanced score card automates these analyses.
Indicators are updated as new information becomes available, saving staff time and money through automated analyses and information tracking where potential issues are identified by the system. The tracking and graphing of trends happens automatically; facilitating continuous improvement. Users can drilldown from the main screen using the "Investigate" button to the details behind the indicators, to review the underlying analyses and the base data.
The Balanced Scorecard software can be configured for multiple sites, programs, services and multiple professionals and it has been designed to use either your existing data warehouse or the data warehouse built by Clinsaver.
